CTMH-- Gimme Some Sugar LO

Hi everyone!

CTMH has a new seasonal catalog coming out on May 1st.  I can't wait to show you all the good stuff!  I've been busy:)

Today, I'm going to show you some LOs from CTMH's Gimme Sugar paper line.  This line is only available until April 30, so if you haven't purchased this line, then get to it!

For my workshops, I normally create my own.  For this line, I used a file from a fellow CTMH consultant Kelly Fitzgerald Baxter.  Her work is absolutely amazing.  Below are tree 2-page LOs.

Here's a closer look at the LOs:
This is my fav!  Love the doily circles.

The second LO is super cute too!  I love the apron.  All these cuts were using the CTMH Cricut cartridges

Here's the third LO:

Well, I hope this has inspired you to get the Gimme Some Sugar line before it is no longer available!

Thanks for stopping by,
Maureen

PhotoPlay Paprika LO #2

Hi, I'm back again with another LO using PhotoPlay's Paprika line.  As I mentioned, my oldest daughter is sort of a hippy chick!  So, this paper kit is coming in handy!

For the LO, I used a sketch from Pinterest. I also used a bunch of CTMH products-- starting with inking all of the paper edges in Dessert Sand. Next, I used a 5X7 flip flap and golden arrow.

Here's a close-up.

Ta-da-- the flip flap!

CTMH Adventure Fundamental LO

Hi, last July we traveled to my parents' homeland-- Ireland.  I had been to Ireland over 15 times, but it was the first trip for my daughters and husband.

Rather than scrapbook the trip using a variety of green colors, I decided to use CTMH's Adventure Fundamental line.  The Fundamental paper lines can fundamentally help document any of life's happenings, whether it be a vacation, an anniversary, a wedding, or school event.

In addition, the Fundamental colors go with CTMH other paper lines that are featured in the annual catalog.

Below is a LO documenting our horse-back riding adventure in Oughterad, Connemara Galway.

The first step of the LO involved splattering some green paint on the white card-stock LO base.  I then layered the pinkish toned patterned paper and added some Emerald circles.  I topped the LO out by using the 'Happy Moments' complements, along with the Adventure Ribbon pack and Gold Pearls and Shimmer Trim.

Here's some close-ups of the LOs.

The Adventure Fundamental line and 'Happy Moments' Complements are still available. Don't miss out on these versatile line.

CTMH Birthday Cards

Hi, I'm here to share 2 birthday cards that I made recently.  I used the 'Gimme Sugar' paper line.  The colors are nice and soft, but can be popped up by using CTMH's Juniper or Tangerine.

For the first card, I used the Stamp of the month called 'Birthday Time'.  I found the design on Pinterest and just changed up the paper.

For the second card, I used a recently retired 'Happy Birthday' die set.

I also used another the 'Beautiful You' Stamp and die set.  This set was featured in the annual catalog.

Well, I hope you  enjoyed these cards.  If you need any of these retired products, please let me know.

CTMH Postcard Perfect Scrapbook LOs and Cutting Guide

Hi, back again, I told you I'm creating stuff like crazy!

The first Saturday in May is National Scrapbooking Day  (NSD).  Of course, CTMH came out with a stunning new line called 'Postcard Perfect'.  This paper line screams of summer, vacation and everything sunshine fun!  I had so much fun using this line.

Here's a look at the first LO:

For the LO, I first started by flicking some paint on the White Daisy card-stock base.  Using CTMH's paints are ideal for this technique because the colors match the CTMH color palette.  Next, using CTMH's 'You Are Here' Cricut Cartridge, I cut out the Vacation, Here We Come, flipflops, and 'Eat, Beach, Sleep, Repeat' banner.  I just love this cartridge!!    Please note:  CTMH will no longer be carrying the physical cartridges, so be sure to get yours while available!

In addition, the paper pack comes with patterned vellum sheets.  So, I took out my We R Memory Keepers Tearing Tool and tore it up!

Onto the next LO:

Using the CTMH 'You are Here' Cricut Cartridge, I cut out the Paradise title, sun, tag, and vacation date.  All the rest of the elements are from the paper pack.

I couldn't stop here, so I also created a 6-inch flip flap.

CTMH has a digital Cricut set called "Hello USA".  This set is awesome and contains all the States.  Since we travel to Florida often, I cut out the Florida State shape.

For the Flip Flap base, I took Sorbet CS base and overlayed it with the patterned polka dotted vellum.

This 'Postcard Perfect' pack will be available for sale on May 1st.

If you love this line, then you can order it from me.  Any customer who places a $25 order from me will receive this cutting guide for FREE.

Want the cutting guide only?  Then the cost is $6.50.  (Please note, you will need the CTMH 'You are Here' and States cartridges.  If you don't have them, then I can cut them for a charge of $5, plus shipping.)

Thanks so much!

PhotoPlay Paprika

Hi, so sorry I've been ignoring my blog!  The funny thing is that I'm creating a ton of stuff-- just not posting it:(  I will get back on track.

Here is a quick LO that I did using PhotoPlay's Paprika line.  My oldest daughter is a sophomore in college and she is a 'Hippy Chick'!  I think she should have been born in the 70's versus the 90's!  This paper line really captured the essence of Shae.

For the LO, I used CTMH's white daisy card-stock and flicked some yellow paint all over the base. If you don't like plain white LO bases, then take out your paints and just flick drops on paint on. The technique is so simple and so worth it.
